11th Avenue East Reconstruction and Knox Street Construction
This has been tendered out and has been awarded to G & C Asphalt. We do not yet have the schedule for completion, but is estimated to be complete by September 1, 2024
11th Avenue Reconstruction includes the block from Main Street to 2nd Street East (Tisdales to Kindersley Glass intersection)
Road closures will occur on 11th Avenue for the project to be completed. Access to properties will need to be made from 10th Avenue East, Main Street or 2nd Avenue East.
Construction of Knox Street (this will continue the Coleman Crescent in Rosedale)
Resurfacing, Concrete Work and Annual Asphalt Patching
This is currently being tendered and has not yet been awarded – estimated completion time August 31, 2024
3rd Avenue East (Main Street to 1st Street East)
Annual Asphalt Patching (Various location throughout Kindersley) – Budget $170,000.00

Highway 7 & Ditson Drive
- Only West-bound lane will be redirected to 12th Avenue service road. Signs and flag persons will be present to direct traffic.
- Intersection of Ditson Drive will still be open for traffic crossing Hwy 7.
- East-bound traffic will not be disturbed.
- Road closure will take effect from May to end of June, weather dependent.
- Changes may be necessary depending on traffic volumes.
Highway 7 & Highway 21
- Only North-bound lane will be redirected to 9th Ave. Signs and flag persons will be present to direct traffic.
- Intersection of Hwy 7 & 21 will still be open for traffic crossing Hwy 7.
- North-bound traffic will not be disturbed.
- Road closure will take effect from 3rd week of May to end of June, weather dependent.
- Changes may be necessary depending on traffic volumes.
