Council Highlights – August 24, 2026 Regular Meeting

Water Tower Updates

Beginning August 26, 2026, the Town will begin relining and rehabilitating the interior of the Water Tower. To prepare for this work, the tower's water level will be naturally lowered by town usage to a point that the tower will no longer be supplying pressure, and the system pressure is maintained entirely by the Water Treatment Plant's distribution pumps. The remaining water must be emptied through a release valve at the base, draining overland to the nearest storm water catch basin.
