The Kindersley Campus of Great Plains College is hosting their annual Open House! • Thursday, October 29, from 5:30PM – 7:30PM (drop-in) • Learn about our programs, scholarship and campus life • Connect with program coordinators and student advisers • Get your questions answered and explore what GPC has to offer • Apply on the spot and have the $75 application fee waived when applying to an eligible full-time post-secondary program

Congratulations to Daphnee (centre) on receiving a scholarship through Great Plains College, proudly funded by the Town of Kindersley! The scholarship was presented by our Chief Administrative Officer Marty Baroni (right) and our Communications Coordinator Anna Polsfut (left), during the Great Plains College Scholarship Luncheon.

Funded by an SGI pedestrian safety grant, new high-visibility crosswalk lights have been installed on the north side of 6th Avenue and Main Street, as well as the south side of 7th Avenue and Main Street. These lights feature specialized, randomly flashing LEDs designed to immediately catch drivers' attention when pedestrians are crossing.

We are so glad that everyone has been enjoying the improvements to McGowan Park! We would like to thank our friends at the Kindersley Chamber of Commerce for their contributions towards the project!
