RESIDENTIAL AREA

When clearing snow, ice, or debris, into piles, during the removal process, piles shall not exceed two (2) metres in height, within seven and one-half (7.5) metres of a roadway or a adjacent property.

Snow cannot be moved on to roadways or your neighbors property! Excess snow should be taken to the snow disposal sites.

The Owner of property in a residential district shall ensure that public sidewalks adjacent to their property are clear and safe for pedestrian use within forty-eight (48) hours from the time when the snow, ice, or other debris have begun to accumulate.
