We are looking forward at projects to meet our residents’ needs, which is why we put out a series of surveys to gain community feedback! These surveys are now CLOSED, but don’t worry, there will be more opportunities to provide your input!

The following ideas came to us through the survey feedback and will require more thought and research for successful strategy development.

• Attract & Retaining Health Care Professionals

• Establish a Welcome Committee: With the help of a volunteer group in town, we are working through a few challenges with this idea including program policy, coordination, volunteers, use of personal information, and cultural sensitivity.

• Enhance Youth Programs

• Expand Cultural and Recreational Events

• Address Housing and Transportation Issues
