Update on the Water – August 22, 2022

We are now drawing our water back directly from the river. During our repair of the leak that occurred on our source line we were drawing from the CN, our open water reservoir. We are extremely lucky that we have reservoirs to pull from in time of emergency. This ensures we do not have to implement water restrictions and can still supply water to our residents. Bylaw 03-22 A Bylaw to Regulate Noise in the Municipality of Kindersley

Some changes have been made to our original Noise Bylaw 21-95 and the amendments that accompanied it. We have now amalgamated all three parts in the same bylaw and some updates have been made. What do articles of clothing, paint cans. fake Christmas trees, food items, and wood all have in common? They shouldn't go in our recycling (blue) bins! There have been multiple instances where recycle loads have been very contaminated by garbage that doesn't belong in them and according to Loraas, it has been getting worse in Kindersley.
