Council Highlights – September 26, 2022 Regular Meeting

Town Council held a Regular Meeting on Monday, September 26, 2022. The following agenda items were resolved. 7.2: Council approved the Concrete Plant DU#22-04 for a Discretionary Use at the property of 1110 7th Avenue West. The Discretionary Use was approved on the condition that it complies with the Development Standards of Discretionary Uses pursuant to Section 5 of the Zoning Bylaw 02-22 and that if any of the conditions outlined are not met for this proposed Discretionary Use, then the permit may not be approved and/or may be revoked. 8.1: Town Council resolved to accept as submitted the list of [...]
