On Monday, May 25, 2026, Town Council had their Regular Meeting.
7.1: Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) Marty Baroni presented the April 2026 financial report.
7.2: Council resolved to authorize Administration to proceed with advertising of a road closure and sale in accordance with the Town’s Public Notice Bylaw 20-05, with the intention of creating a Road Closure and Sale Bylaw at an upcoming meeting.
7.3: The Council of the Town of Kindersley resolved to approve the Discretionary Use Application #26-02 for Discretionary Use at the residence of 153 Stewart Crescent on the condition that it complies with the Development Standards of Home-Based Businesses pursuant to Section 7.2 (1) to (10), of the Zoning Bylaw 02-22. The Applicant must apply for a Business License from the Town prior to operation, and every year of operation. If any of the conditions outlined above are not met with this proposed Home-Based Business, then the permit may not be approved and/or may be revoked.
8.1: Town Council resolved to accept as submitted the list of accounts as paid by the Town of Kindersley in the amount of $355,445.44 and Payroll in the amount of $111,164.75.
9.1: Council resolved to approve the Consent Agenda which included the following items for acceptance and filing:

- Kindersley Chamber Meeting Minutes – April 30, 2026
- Kindersley Museum Minutes – April 14, 2026
