Town Council held a Special Public Meeting on Friday, June 18, 2021. The following agenda items were resolved.

6.1: The Council of the Town of Kindersley resolved to accept $30,000.00 as set out in the Contract of Purchase and Sale regarding the property described as Lot 25 Block 3 Plan G9 (110 Railway Avenue West); and the Mayor or designate and the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) were directed to sign, seal, and thereby execute the above mentioned contract.

6.2: Council resolved to award TKC Trucking & Picker Services Ltd./Ching Construction Ltd. as the successful proponent for the Demolition and Asbestos Abatement of the old McKenzie School located at 112 5th Avenue East, and the Mayor and Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) were directed to enter into an agreement in the amount of $250,000.00 plus applicable taxes.
