On Monday, February 9, 2026, Town Council had their Regular Meeting.

7.1: The Council of the Town of Kindersley approved a Discretionary Use Application (26-01)  at the residence of 47 Rutley Crescent on the condition that:

• It complies with the Development Standards of Home-Based Business pursuant to Section 7.2 (1) to (10), of the Zoning Bylaw 02-22;
• The Applicant obtains a Business License from the Town prior to operation, and every year of operation;
• If any of the conditions outlined above are not met with this Home-Based Business, then the permit may not be approved and/or may be revoked.

8.1: Council resolved to accept as submitted the list of accounts as paid by the Town of Kindersley in the amount of $431,687.05.

9.1: Town Council approved three readings of Bylaw 02-26, Being a Bylaw to Regulate the Kindersley Regional Airport, and to Provide for Airport Authority, Rules, Regulations, and Fees.

10.1: The Council of the Town of Kindersley resolved to approve the Consent Agenda which included the following items for acceptance and filing:

1. Draft WCMGC Minutes – January 22, 2026
2. Kindersley Museum Minutes – December 2025
3. SaskWater Operating Report
4. RCMP Report December 2025
5. RCMP Report January 2026

On Monday, January 26, 2026, Town Council had their Regular Meeting.

7.1: Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) Marty Baroni presented the Financial Report.

7.2: Council resolved to authorize Administration to confirm the Town of Kindersley’s intent to transition to Phase 2 of the Program-led Model of the Extended Producer Responsibility Program with SK Recycles.

8.1: Town Council resolved to accept as submitted the list of accounts as paid by the Town of Kindersley in the amount of $857,431.57 and Payroll in the amount of $83,917.42.

9.1: The Council of the Town of Kindersley resolved to approve the Consent Agenda which included the following items for acceptance and filing:

1. Kindersley Museum Minutes November 2025
2. SMB Approval of Waste & Sewer Rates
