Town Council held a Regular Meeting on Monday, November 28, 2022.

7.2: The Council of the Town of Kindersley resolved to direct the Mayor and Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) to enter into an Advertising and Naming Rights Agreement with Kindersley & District Co-op.

7.3: Council resolved to direct the Mayor and Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) to enter into a Zamboni Sponsorship Agreement with Full-Tilt Holdings Ltd.

7.4: Town Council resolved to direct the Mayor and Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) to enter into an Airport Lease Agreement for lot 4 and 14 with Advanced Aviation/Kindersley Airspray at the Kindersley Regional Airport.

7.5: The Council of the Town of Kindersley hereby authorizes the 2022 Write-Offs as set out in accordance with;
Schedule A – Accounts Receivable and;
Schedule B – Utilities and;
Schedule C – Mobile Home License Fee
as attached to and forming a part of these minutes.

7.6: Council confirmed the municipality meets the following eligibility requirements to receive the Municipal Revenue Sharing Grant:

• Submission of the 2021 Audited Financial Statement to the Ministry of Government Relations
• Submission of the 2021 Public Reporting on Municipal Waterworks to the Ministry of Government Relations
• In Good Standing with respect to reporting and remittance of Education Property Taxes
• Adoption of a Council Procedures Bylaw
• Adoption of an Employee Code of Conduct
• All members of Council have filed and annually updated their Public Disclosure Statements as required and

And authorized the Chief Administrative Officer to sign the Declaration of Eligibility and submit it to the Ministry of Government Relations.
