2026 Property Taxes Fact Sheet

Town Council is proud to announce that the Mill Rate and Municipal Tax Tools will remain unchanged for 2026. Due to the financial difficulties that residents will face in 2026 with the rising prices of food, gas, and everyday essentials, Council tasked administration with finding efficiencies and savings without sacrificing our current levels of service.

Council Highlights – May 11, 2026 Regular Meeting

On Monday, May 11, 2026, Town Council had their Regular Meeting. 7.1: Council authorized the abatement of the 2026 Municipal taxes in the total amount of $16,998.84, as per Schedule B for properties assessed with two minimum taxes. 7.2: The Council of the Town of Kindersley authorized the abatement of 2026 Municipal taxes in the amount of $46,879.40 and School taxes in the amount of $21,015.83 as per the 2026 Tax Abatements (Non-Profit Organizations) Schedule. 7.3: Town Council authorized the Mayor and Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) to enter into a 3-year rental agreement at the West Central Events Centre with the [...]

Tourism Information Centre is Now Open for the Season!

The Tourism Centre is now OPEN for the season at the Kindersley Museum & Tourism Centre! Whether you're looking to go on vacation, staycation, or just to find out what's going on in town, you can visit between 9am and 5pm any day of the week! The Museum is also open for tours, so be sure to take some time to stretch your legs and see what is new!
