Canada Day Thank You 2022
We'd like to give a big shout out to the Tourism Team here for all the hard work they put in to plan a fun and successful Canada Day at the Kindersley Museum & Tourism Centre! Kelly (Director of Community Services), Emily, Kerry, Shelby, and Hailey (Missing because she was in the middle of face painting). We would also like to thank the rest of the Town of Kindersley team that was working to make celebrations in town run smoothly: Kindersley Aquatic Centre, Parks, and Public Works, to name a few!

Illegal Dumping at FREE Recycle Drop Off Location
We feel like our residents should know better, but here we are again. We don't LIKE making these posts, but we feel this is the best way to get the word out. The FREE recycle drop off located at the old landfill (Highway #21) is NOT a dumping ground for waste. If you didn't know, mattresses are NOT a recyclable material in our program. Please do not take advantage of these FREE programs, we can take them away at any time if they are being abused. Parking Lots Cleared
Now that the parking lots are cleared of all rocks and gravel make sure to be careful when driving in and out as we had some creative minds using the smooth parking lot! Way to keep the boys active! We love to see it
Huge Thank You
Huge thank you to everyone that makes our Aquatic centre amazing!!! Public works just finished clearing all sand and gravel in the parking lots Parks for maintaining and watering our flowers. & Puddles in my Garden for designing and planting our beautiful flower pots all around town! Puddles In My Garden Happy summer!

Council Highlights – June 27, 2022
Town Council held a Regular Meeting on Monday, June 27, 2022. The following agenda items were resolved. 7.2: The Council of the Town of Kindersley authorized the purchase of a Clearwell Shed from Pro-Built Structures Ltd. in an amount of $13,805.36 plus applicable taxes, and that the amount be paid for with funds from the Utility Reserve. 8.1: Council resolved to accept as submitted the list of accounts as paid by the Town of Kindersley and in the amount of $981,201.05. 9.1: Town Council resolved to approve the Consent Agenda which included the following items for acceptance and filing: Kindersley Plains [...]
