To accommodate the upcoming inspection and cleaning of the water tower, the Town of Kindersley will be implementing Level 1 Water Restrictions in accordance with Schedule “E” of Bylaw 14-19: Management of Water and Sewer. These restrictions will take effect at 8:00 a.m. on September 10, 2025. We anticipate that these restrictions will remain in place for less than one week.
The Town of Kindersley will be conducting distribution system tests this week in preparation for the water tower cleaning on September 11th. During this work, you may notice slight water discoloration, this is normal and temporary, and your water remains safe to use. Please Note: While the water tower is offline for cleaning, the Kindersley Spray Park will be temporarily closed. We’ll share an update once it’s back in operation. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we complete this important maintenance to keep our water system running smoothly!
The Handi-Bus is out of service for upgrades for the next few weeks, thanks for your patience! For questions or concerns, please call 306-463-1000 ext 2503
The Elm Tree Pruning Ban is now over (April 1st to August 31st). For anyone who is pruning their elm trees, please take them through the main gate beside the salvage building out just past the compost area. There are barricades set up in a horseshoe shape so you do not miss it. The map below shows an approximate pin of the area.
