Council Highlights – June 28, 2021 Regular Meeting

Town Council held a Regular Meeting of Council on Monday, June 28, 2021. The following agenda items were resolved. 8.2: The Council of the Town of Kindersley resolves to direct the Mayor and Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) to enter into a Land Purchase Agreement with the Rural Municipality of Kindersley No. 290. 8.3: Council resolved that Miriah Petersen shall be appointed as Bylaw Officer within the Town of Kindersley pursuant to Section 373 of The Municipalities Act for the purposes of bylaw enforcement and shall be considered a Peace Officer for the purposes of bylaw enforcement under The Summary Offences Procedure [...]
