On Monday, March 25, 2024, Town Council held their Regular Meeting.

6.1: Council resolved to approve as presented the Minutes from the March 11, 2024 Regular Meeting.

7.1: The Council of the Town of Kindersley approved the Ice Rates for the West Central Events Centre Arenas as per schedule “A”.

7.2: Town Council resolved to award G & C Asphalt as the successful bidder for the 2024 Asphalt Paving Program as per the submitted tender, and that the Mayor and Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) are directed to enter into an agreement in the amount of $909,799.25 plus applicable taxes.

7.3: The Council of the Town of Kindersley resolved to direct the Mayor and Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) to enter into a Lounge Operating Lease Agreement with the Kindersley Curling Club for the term of September 1, 2024 to August 31st, 2027.

8.1: Council resolved to accept as submitted the list of accounts as paid by the Town of Kindersley in the amount of $510,013.10.

9.1: Town Council resolved to approve the Consent Agenda which included the following items for acceptance and filing:

1. Downtown Kindersley Association Minutes – March 5, 2024
2. Kindersley Chamber Minutes – March 14, 2024
3. SaskWater Monthly Report – February 2024
4. Kindersley Museum Minutes – March 12, 2024

On Monday, March 11, 2024, Town Council held their Regular Meeting.

6.1: The Council of the Town of Kindersley resolved to approve as presented the Minutes from the February 26, 2024 Regular Meeting.

7.1: Council resolved to direct the Mayor and Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) to enter into a 1-year Economic Development Contract with ShaeCo Solutions for the Initiate Bundle in the amount of $4,000/month plus applicable taxes.

8.1: Town Council resolved to accept as submitted the list of accounts as paid by the Town of Kindersley in the amount of $282,826.44.

9.1: The Council of the Town of Kindersley resolved to approve the Consent Agenda which included the following items for acceptance and filing:

1. Sub Division Revocation
2. Sub Division Notice of Decision

On Monday, February 26, 2024, Town Council held their Regular Meeting.

5.2: The Council of the Town of Kindersley, agreed to amend the agenda of the February 26, 2024 Regular Meeting to remove:

• Item 7.3 – Reserve Transfer

6.1: Council resolved to approve as presented the Minutes from the February 12, 2024 Regular Meeting.

7.1: Town Council resolved that Earl McLeod be appointed as Municipal Enforcement Officer within the Town of Kindersley pursuant to Section 373 of The Municipalities Act for the purposes of bylaw enforcement and shall be considered a Peace Officer for the purposes of bylaw enforcement under The Summary Offences Procedure Act, 1990: and that the appointment became effective immediately upon the passing of this resolution.

7.2: Council resolved that Darien Lynch be appointed as Municipal Enforcement Officer within the Town of Kindersley pursuant to Section 373 of The Municipalities Act for the purposes of bylaw enforcement and shall be considered a Peace Officer for the purposes of bylaw enforcement under The Summary Offences Procedure Act, 1990: and that the appointment became effective immediately upon the passing of this resolution.

7.4: The Council of the Town of Kindersley resolved to direct the Mayor and Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) to enter into an Advertising Agreement and Naming Rights Agreement with Inter Pipeline for the Events Centre Arena Surface.

8.1: Council resolved to accept as submitted the list of accounts as paid by the Town of Kindersley in the amount of $490,358.10.

9.1: Town Council resolved to approve the Consent Agenda which included the following items […]
