Meet Your Councillor: Shaun Henry
Good day folks,My name is Shaun Henry and I have been a part of Kindersley since 2011. I am employed at the local Synergy Credit Union branch and enjoy spending time watching my kids participate in the many activities within the community. In my spare time, I am involved in being a hockey official and mentoring younger referees as well as a committee member for the upcoming provincial curling event being hosted here in January. Being a part of Council from 2014-2019, I was part of a team that brought the indoor pool and new fire hall to life and wish to continue pushing Kindersley forward as the province’s largest town. I helped step in as Acting Mayor for 10 of those months while awaiting the next election in 2016 and feel that experience will help make me a great Councillor forging ahead. One of my goals as a Council member will be to make Kindersley an attractive destination for future growth.

MEET YOUR COUNCILLOR: Councillor Rob Anderson, has been a resident of Kindersley for the past 34 years. He and his wife Cheryl have three children and three grandchildren. Rob recently sold his business of 22 years “Big Sky Steel Fabricators”. He continue to work there for the time being. He has coached minor hockey, soccer and ball and was a member of the KMS hockey board.

MEET YOUR COUNCILLOR: KEVIN MARTINHello everyone.
Some of you may know me from my 6 years and the Great Canadian Oil Change and some may know me as the Executive Director for the Kindersley Chamber of Commerce.
My wife Melissa and I moved to Kindersley in 2012 to be nearer to family and have thoroughly enjoyed our time here. We both realized that this community has something for everyone and the people here have been friendly and helpful.
I believe that by serving on Town Council, I can bring life experiences that I feel will benefit the Town and you, the hard working citizens. Being in the Chamber has also given me a different perspective as to what may be needed in our Town and maybe I can help in some way.
I also feel that this election is important as we move forward in these next 4 years. Projects and initiatives started by the previous council have been great. We just need to carry on that vision as well as have our own vision of the future of this town.
Kindersley is a great place to be, otherwise I would not be here.
