Council Highlights August 26, 2024 – Regular Meeting
On Monday, August 26, 2024, Town Council held their Regular Meeting.
2.2: Council resolved to adopt the Agenda for the August 26, 2024 Regular Meeting with item 9.2 removed.
6.1: The Council of the Town of Kindersley resolved to approve as presented the Minutes from the August 12, 2024 Regular Meeting.
7.2: Town Council authorized the Fire Department to purchase a 2024 Dodge Ram 3500 truck in the amount of $85,844.79 which will be covered by general operating through a donation.
8.1: Council resolved to accept as submitted the list of accounts as paid by the Town of Kindersley in the amount of $1,817,695.81.
9.1: The Council of the Town of Kindersley resolved to approve all three readings of Bylaw 05-24 Being a Bylaw to Establish Fees for the Provision of Tax Certificates and Other Assessment or Taxation Information.
10.1: Town Council resolved to approve the Consent Agenda which includes the following items for acceptance and filing:
- SaskWater Monthly Report July 2024
- Chamber of Commerce Minutes – August 8th, 2024
- DKA Meeting Minutes – August 13, 2024
- Kindersley Museum Minutes – August 13, 2024
