Council Highlights – February 22, 2021
Town Council held their Regular Meeting on Monday, February 22, 2021. The following agenda items were resolved.
5.2: The Council of the Town of Kindersley resolved to amend the agenda of the Regular Meeting of Council held February 22, 2021 to remove: Item 7.2 – Curbside Collection RFP.
7.1: Council resolved to deem the following as Town of Kindersley Approved Contractors, listed in alphabetical order, that shall provide the use of heavy equipment on an hourly rental basis under a firm fixed unit price for general operations, maintenance, or emergency services for the period ending April 1, 2023: 3D Steaming Ltd. (Primary), Cullen Contracting (Secondary), Dancin Oilfield Services (Secondary), Kodiak Energy Services (Primary), Koncrete Construction Group (Primary), Shmitty’s Swabbin Ltd. (Secondary), TKC Trucking and Picker Service (Primary).
7.3: Town Council approved the Home-Based Application (HB#19-02) for a Discretionary Use at the residence of 1004, 8th Street West. On the condition that it complies with the Development Standards of Home-Based Business pursuant to Section 4.11.3 (1) to (9), of Zoning Bylaw 04-14. On the condition that the Applicant obtains a Business License from the Town prior to operation, and every year of operation; and that if any of the conditions outlined above are not met for this proposed Home-Based Business, then the permit may not be approved and/or may be revoked.
7.4: The Town of Kindersley resolves to approve as presented the 2020-2024 Council Strategic Plan as may be amended from time to time; and that this Council Strategic Plan shall supersede all others before […]
