Council Highlights – September 13, 2021

Town Council held a Regular Meeting of Council on Monday, September 13, 2021. The following agenda items were resolved.

7.1: The Council of the Town of Kindersley resolved to direct the Mayor and Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) to enter into an Agreement with the Kindersley Curling Club to manage liquor sales in the Guy’s Furniture Lounge for a 1-year term.

7.2: Council resolved to direct the Mayor and Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) to enter into an Agreement with Stile Contracting Inc. and J-Jack Holdings Inc. to transfer the water and sewer infrastructure located on the NE-2-29-23 W3.

8.1: Town Council resolved to accept as submitted the list of accounts as paid by the Town of Kindersley and in the amount of $579,922.05.

9.1: The Council resolved that the Town of Kindersley supports national Rail Safety Week to be held from September 20 to 26, 2021.

10.1: Council resolved to approve the Consent Agenda which includes the following items for acceptance and filing:
1. SAW August 2021 Newsletter
2. July 2021 Police Report
3. August 2021 Police Report
4. Chamber of Commerce Update
5. WRLI – Board Meeting Minutes – May 26, 2021
6. WRLI – Board Meeting Minutes – June 23, 2021
7. WRLI – Board Meeting Minutes – July 28, 2021
