Council Highlights – June 13, 2022 Regular Meeting
Town Council held a Regular Meeting on Monday, June 13, 2022. The following agenda items were resolved.
7.1: Council resolved to award ABS Excavating Ltd as the successful proponent for the 2022 Recycled Concrete Crushing as per the submitted and adjudicated proposal, and that the Mayor and Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) are directed to enter into a 2022 Recycled Concrete Crushing Agreement.
7.2: Town Council resolved to receive as presented the audited financial statements and supporting schedules of the Town of Kindersley for the year ended December 31, 2021, as prepared by MNP LLP; and that these documents are received as information and filed.
8.1: Council resolved to accept as submitted the list of accounts as paid by the Town of Kindersley and in the amount of $1,135,295.71.
9.1: The Council of the Town of Kindersley resolved to approve three readings of Bylaw 07-22, Being a Bylaw to Promote Economic Development Through Tax Exemptions.
10.1: The Council of the Town of Kindersley resolved to approve the Consent Agenda which included the following items for acceptance and filing:
- Policing Report May 2022
- SSRWSI Board Meeting Minutes – May 27, 2022
- Walking Trail Committee Minutes – May 30, 2022
- Downtown Kindersley Association Minutes – June 7, 2022
- WRLI Minutes – April 27, 2022
