On Monday, March 13, 2023, Town Council held their Regular Meeting. The following items were resolved:

7.1: The Council of the Town of Kindersley resolved to direct the Mayor and Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) to enter into a Land Sale Agreement with Nienhuis Holdings Inc. for the sale of Lot 3 & 4, Block 90, Plan 65-5-07063 in the amount of $150,000.00 plus applicable taxes.

7.2: Council resolved to awared D. Jorgenson Holding Ltd. known as Northern Blacktop as the successful bidder for the 11th Avenue/Ditson Drive Upgrade Project as per the submitted tender, and that the Mayor and Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) are directed to enter into an agreement in the amount of $364,461.91 plus applicable taxes.

7.3: Town Council resolved to award ASL Paving Ltd as the successful bidder for the 2023 Asphalt Paving Program as per the submitted tender, and that the Mayor and Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) are directed to enter into an agreement in the amount of $1,090,692.25 plus applicable taxes.

7.4: The Council of the Town of Kindersley resolved to award Haughn Construction Ltd. as the successful proponent for the Motherwell Showerhouse Project as per the submitted RFP, and that the Mayor and Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) are directed to enter into an agreement in the amount of $100,841.24 for Option A, $109,414.04 for Option B, or $115,025.86 for Option C.

8.1: Council resolved to accept as submitted the list of accounts as paid by the Town of Kindersley in the amount of $688,624.51.
