Council Highlights – February 27, 2023 Regular Meeting
On Monday, February 27, 2023, Town Council held their Regular Meeting. The following items were resolved:
7.1: The Council of the Town of Kindersley resolved to direct the Mayor and Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) to enter into a Land Sale Agreement with Pro-Bilt Structures for the sale of 15 Knox Street in the amount of $66,465.19 plus applicable taxes.
8.1: Council resolved to accept as submitted the list of accounts as paid by the Town of Kindersley in the amount of $323,204.23.
9.1: Town Council resolved to approve the Consent Agenda which includes the following items for acceptance and filing:

Council Highlights – February 13, 2023 Regular Meeting
On February 13, 2023, Town Council held their Regular Meeting. The following items were resolved:
7.1: The Council of the Town of Kindersley awarded IB Story Inc. as the successful bidder for the Engineering Arena Upgrade Services as per the submitted RFP, and that the Mayor and Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) are directed to enter into an agreement in the amount of $216,900.00 plus applicable taxes.
7.2: Council resolved to direct the Mayor and Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) to enter into a 1-year Economic Development Contract with ShaeCo Solutions for the Initiate Bundle in the amount of $4000/month plus applicable taxes.
7.3: The Council of the Town of Kindersley resolved to direct the Mayor and Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) to enter into a Land Sale Agreement with ELC Kids Academy for the sale of 2.50 acres from Blk/Parcel C – Plan G202 Ext. 6 in the amount of $25,000 plus applicable taxes.
8.1: Town Council resolved to accept as submitted the list of accounts as paid by the Town of Kindersley in the amount of $455,304.17.
9.1: Council resolved to approve that Bylaw 01-23, Being a Bylaw to Amend Bylaw 10-17, Being a Bylaw to Regulate the Kindersley Regional Airport and to Provide for Airport Authority, Rules, Regulations, and Fees be read a third time and hereby be approved.
10.1: Town Council resolved to approve the Consent Agenda which included the following items for acceptance and filing:
- Policing Report January 2023
- SaskWater December 2022 Report
- WRLI – Board Meeting Minutes – December 21, 2022
