Why does the Town of Kindersley turn off the comments on some posts?We have reached the consensus to turn off the comments on some posts most often because we are seeing less and less respect for Town of Kindersley employees, Councillors, and other users on our page in the comments section. It is VERY unfortunate because it can be helpful and enlightening to be able to have open discussions online. Please do better in your online discussions folks, everyone deserves to be treated like a human.
We’d like to remind folks that if they engage in any bullying/harassing behaviors, or the spread of misinformation on our page, that they will be swiftly removed.

You can now purchase seats online using our online payment service provider Plastiq. You do have to make a Plastiq account if you don’t have one already. Just follow the link to our website, follow the directions, and fill in the required information: https://www.kindersley.ca/pay-online/wcec-seat-sponsorship/Seats can also be paid for in person at the Town of Kindersley Administration Office.
*Please note that if you purchase advertising on a seat, it does not mean it’s your seat to sit in, it just means that your company name, name of a loved one, or family name will go on the advertising plaque*
Community Survey Results
Hey Kindersley!We are looking forward at projects and businesses to meet our residents’ needs, which is why we put out a series of surveys to gain community feedback! These surveys are now CLOSED, but don’t worry, there will be more opportunities to provide your input!
The following ideas came to us through the survey feedback and our staff are working towards attracting these projects and businesses to our community!

• Arcade / Indoor Playground / Pool Hall

• Pop Up Shops / Farmers Market
• Brewery
Please note: While the Town’s role does NOT entail funding these developments, we are playing a pivotal role in research and collaborating with developers, stakeholders and residents to ensure viability and success of these potential projects.
