During the early morning hours of November 12th thieve(s) stole a white 4 door 2023 Ford F350 from the West Central Event Centre parking lot in Kindersley. Kindersley RCMP lay charges in an ongoing fraud and theft investigation 2023-11-07 In January of 2023, the Kindersley RCMP began an investigation into a reported fraud that occurred at a business in Kerrobert. The investigation revealed that the fraud had exceeded $100,000. Further investigation revealed another theft had occurred from a local minor sports association. On October 30th, 2023, charges were laid in relation to both investigations. Kindersley RCMP Respond to a Serious Collision On November 5th, 2023, at approximately 5:50 a.m., Kindersley RCMP responded to a report of a two vehicle collision on Ditson Drive in Kindersley. Three people were injured as a result. Both drivers were transported to the hospital with non life threatening injuries. The lone passenger was transported to the hospital with critical injuries and remains in hospital. The new recycling depot will be located at Loraas Environmental’s new facility in the industrial area. It is located outside of their fence line on the North West corner of #1020 6th Avenue West just off of the back lane. It is available for use immediately! We want to stress that this recycling depot is available for Town of Kindersley residents and commercial users located within the Town of Kindersley. The Town will no longer provide recycle bins at the old landfill. People are abusing this area and we can no longer operate these bins as they are very clearly only being used as a dumping site. $5000.00 dumping tickets will be issued to anyone leaving recycling or ANY type of waste at the old landfill. This will be strongly enforced. We tried to work with this area for years in hopes people would respect the recycling area free of charge, but unfortunately we have to close this option.

IMPORTANT ANIMAL POUND UPDATE Thank you for all your messages regarding the stray black dog in Rosedale. We are aware of the situation. We currently have traps set and are hoping it goes back to where it had taken a rest earlier. We did have it trapped at the outdoor rink, but it was set free. DO NOT try to catch this dog, it will only run. It is very skeptical of humans. DO NOT stress it more. It is not vicious, let it be. Hopefully we can get it to safety soon!
