Kindersley Lagoon Funding

Kindersley has been approved for funding through the Provincial Territorial Infrastructure Component for National and Regional Projects of the New Building Canada Fund. The funding is for upgrades to the Kindersley Lagoon which will allow for future capacity and growth and will ensure that we continue meeting the government regulations for treatment of effluent under Water Security Agencies. This project was initially sent in 2015 and final approval has now been given. The project will be completed in a 2 year phase. This will greatly increase our wastewater treatment capacity for our entire community. More information to come!
