Snow Removal is in full force after the big snow we had yesterday! Our team is starting with Emergency Routes (RED on the map). They will then move to 1st Priority (GREEN on the map) except for Main Street. Main Street will be done first thing tomorrow morning, our team will then move on to 2nd Priority (BLUE on the map). As Loraas is closed on December 25th Zone B RESIDENTIAL curbside pickup (East Side of Main Street or BLUE on your map) WASTE will be collected on Friday December 27th. They are also be closed on January 1st so Zone B RESIDENTIAL curbside pickup (East Side of Main Street or BLUE on your 2025 map) WASTE as well as Zone A RESIDENTIAL curbside pickup (West Side of Main Street or YELLOW on your 2025 map) RECYCLING will be collected on Friday January 3rd.

On December 16, 2024, Town Council had their Regular Meeting. 7.1: Council heard a delegation from the Curling Championship committee lead Lexie Adamson. She echoed how excited the curling club, locals, and curlers are to host the SaskTel Men's Tankard & Viterra Women's Prairie Pinnacle.
