Town of Kindersley Parks and Recreation would like to send a special thanks to Buy-Low Foods in Kindersley for donating water bottles for all the individuals that attended the Walking Trail Clean up last night.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for everyone who was able to help the Walking Trail Committee clean the garbage at the Trail. Lots of hands made light work! We filled 12 large black garbage bags full of trash. We are so very lucky to have such dedicated community members that are devoted to the outdoor space! The Committee, Joe and I along with our team are very, very thankful for everyone’s help and ongoing respect for this space! Town Council held their Regular Meeting on Monday, May 10, 2021. The following agenda items were resolved. 7.1: The Council of the Town of Kindersley directed staff to apply for a grant opportunity from the Federation of Canadian Municipalities' Municipal Asset Management Program for Citywide Public Works Software. Be it therefore resolved that the Council of the Town of Kindersley commits to conducting the following activities in its proposed project submitted to the Federation of Canadian Municipalities' Municipal Asset Management Program to advance our asset management program: City Wide Route Patrol Software, City Wide Citizen Request Portal Implementation.
