Kindersley RCMP Report September 11 to September 18, 2024

2024-09-19 Between September 11 and September 18, 2024, Kindersley RCMP responded to 34 calls for service* including the following: - RCMP recovered stolen property from a residence in Kindersley. - Police received a complaint of a stolen vehicle near Glidden. The vehicle was located later the same day abandoned in a field. - RCMP assisted the Saskatchewan Highway Patrol with an impaired driver on the highway near Kindersley. - Someone called 911 to ask Police for information about a local community group meeting. - RCMP received a complaint about a scam involving the Stars Lottery. Town of Kindersley Elections

Have you thought about running for Town Council? On September 17th, 2024 to October 8th, 2024 the Town of Kindersley is doing a call for nominations for the November 13th, 2024 Election! If you are interested, or know someone who is, please read through the valuable information for citizens interested in running for Council. Council packages can be picked up at the Town of Kindersley Administration Office. Council packages MUST be returned by 4:00pm on October 9th or they will not be accepted.

Remember to Remove Your Gutter Ramps! Gutter ramps must be removed by October 1 until April 30. If left on the street, they cause damage to snow removal equipment. Gutter Ramps or Matting placed on roadways during the restricted time period may be removed, without notice, and shall be confiscated, impounded and/or ticketed by the Town of Kindersley. This regulation is listed as Section II: 8 of Bylaw 04-21, A Bylaw to Regulate Traffic.
