On-Street Mobile Food Trucks are permitted within the Town of Kindersley, but in order to operate on a roadway or public area, prior approval must be granted by Town Council before beginning operation. Several pre-approved locations exist for operating on public property, as identified below.

On-Street Mobile Food Truck Regulations

These regulations are not required for any food truck operating on private land. All food trucks operating in the Town of Kindersley are still required to obtain a Business Licence regardless of whether they are being operated on public or private property. Licences can purchased at the Kindersley Administration Office at 106 5th Avenue East. For more information, read the Business Licence Bylaw.
