New Kindersley RCMP Detachment

The Kindersley RCMP is moving to our brand-new detachment the week of June 10. We have contingency plans in place to ensure police service is maintained during this transition. Police officer response will not be impacted. If you are in need of police assistance, dial 310-RCMP for non-emergencies and 911 in an emergency. Front counter service will continue at the old detachment (300 8th Avenue West) on June 10 and 11, and at the new detachment starting June 12 (610 9th Street West). Council Highlights – May 29, 2024 Regular Meeting

On Monday, May 27, 2024, Town Council held their Regular Meeting. 6.1: Council resolved to approve as presented the Minutes from the May 13, 2024 Regular Meeting of Council. 7.1: A presentation was given by the Kindersley Pickleball Club to bring awareness to the sport and the need for a new outdoor facility due to the growing number of members attending. Many ideas were discussed during the presentation. The Community Garden Committee would like to thank Joanne Kosolofski with Puddles in my Garden for donating starter seed kits, Danielle McLeod for putting together planting information, all of our dedicated volunteers, and the Town of Kindersley Parks team for helping us out when their very busy schedule allows! The Community Garden Committee is always accepting new members, and still has a couple of plots available! There are also current plot users that are willing to partner up and share some gardening knowledge! Please send us a message or email communications@kindersley.ca if you’d like to get involved!
