Water Treatment

The Kindersley Water Treatment Plant is a conventional water treatment plant located on Ditson Drive. Water is cleansed using chemicals that are added to raw water in the mixer to remove particulate matter. Water is disinfected with chlorine gas and then processed through gravity fed, dual-media filters. It is held in the reservoir and then pumped to Rosedale and the water tower.
