The Council of the Town of Kindersley is committed to waste reduction, resource conservation, and community education for sustainable living, and Council recognizes that losing waste to disposal and as litter are local and global threats to the environment, Rod Perkins, Mayor of the Town of Kindersley proclaimed October 19 to 25, 2020 as Waste Reduction Week throughout this community. Council encorages residents to join them in taking action to reduce our waste and support a circular economy.
