If possible we remind residents to remove vehicles from parking lanes in the scheduled areas for snow removal. We understand this may not always be possible but empty streets allow us to clear directly to the curb!Crews will begin early at 6am each scheduled day and we will work throughout the day in the following areas:
Snow Removal Scheduled for Wednesday, November 27th
• Any remaining clean-up around Westberry School
• 1st Street East
• 6th Avenue West (all blocks)
• 4th Avenue West (all blocks)
• 3rd Avenue West (All blocks)
Snow Removal for Thursday, November 28th
• 3rd Street East (around Highschool area)
• Rest of 1st Street East that has not been completed yet
• 300 Block of 2nd Avenue East
• Overlord Crescent
• 10th Avenue East
Snow Removal for Friday, November 29th
We will continue to clear roadways in 4th priority zone on the map
Please note, we are finishing up all 3rd Priority and moving onto 4th priority areas. When possible we try to coordinate street removal locations with our curbside waste/recycle pickups to ensure it is more efficient for our team. The schedule may change due to inclement weather, added snowfalls, mechanical failures, and time restraints.
Our team is doing their very best to ensure roadways are clear for drivers. Just a reminder to stay clear of equipment and detour whenever possible.
