November 20, 2019 was proclaimed National Child Day in the Town of Kindersley. Council encourages residents to join them in commemorating the signing of the UNCRC which has 54 articles, grouped into three categories of the rights of children: Rights of Provision (education, healthcare), Rights of Protection (from abuse, neglect), Rights of Participation (to be heard in matters affecting the child).
