Energy Dodge is seeking a full-time Warranty Administrator to manage warranty claims and ensure efficient processing. Ideal applicants should have knowledge of vehicle systems and experience in administrative roles, with a minimum of one year in a similar position. Responsibilities:

  • Provide an exceptional customer service experience
  • Review and process warranty claims, ensuring all documentation meets audit requirements
  • Handle new vehicle damage processing
  • Communicate with service advisors, technicians, and customers regarding warranty policies and claim statuses
  • File warranty claims with the manufacturer and follow up on approvals
  • Maintain records of all warranty transactions and status updates
  • Ensure compliance with warranty requirements, identifying any discrepancies
  • Utilize computerized systems to track claims, inventory, and records
  • Assist with parts and service department tasks as needed
  • Conduct daily customer follow-up calls to provide the best possible experience
  • Monitor Customer Experience (CX) goals to ensure they are met
  • Perform ongoing CX reporting and training, continuously seeking ways to enhance CX processes and achieve exceptional customer service
