1. How do I get an appointment to speak with the Mayor?

Call the Administration Office number at (306) 463-2675 and tell the staff what it is you need to talk about with the Mayor. Often, problems and concerns can be better handled by other Town staff who have direct oversight for that particular area of concern. Also, sometimes it is more appropriate to be talking to your Town Council representatives. The Town's office staff will help guide you through the process.

2. How do I report animal problems in my area?

3. How much are Bylaw Enforcement fines?

The amount of the fine is determined by the Town Council and can range up to $1,000 per day for each day that the violation continues to exist. In the case of repeat violators, or those who have been found guilty of the same violation by Bylaw Enforcement in the last five years. The fine can range up to $5,000 per day. A fine which has continued to accrue for 90 days is forwarded to the Kindersley RCMP for possible legal action.

4. Can I request public records from the Town of Kindersley?

Public records, Town Council resolutions and ordinances, and other information can be requested at the Town Administration Office, located at 106 5th Avenue E. Historical information that is not available from the Town Clerk's Office may be obtain from the Kindersley Plains Museum.
